山东与苏浙粤可持续发展系统比较研究

区域可持续发展观是坚持以人为本，促进经济社会全面发展的科学发展观．区域要实现健康快速的发展，必须在可持续发展观的指导下，实现本地区经济、社会、牛态环境的协调发展．笔者基于区域可持续发展理沧，建立省域可持续发展评价指标体系，运用熵权TOPSIS法对鲁苏浙粤四省经济子系统、社会子系统和生态环境子系统的状态进行剖析．通过对四省可持续发展系统进行比较研究，找出山东省发展的优势和不足，从而有针对性地从产业结构、对外贸易、城乡基础建设、科教就业、资源利用、生态环境保护等层面提出促进山东省可持续发展的建议．

A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS BETWEEN SHANDONG AND JIANGSU, ZHEJIANG, GUANGDONG PROVINCES

Regional sustainable development is the scientific concept that sticking to the People -oriented view, and promoting the economic and social development. The sustainable development concept plays a vital role in coordinate development of regional economy, society, resources and environment, and therefore the quick and healthy development is realized for the region. So, on the basis of regional sustainable development concept, a provincial sustainable development evaluation index system is established, with the entropy- topsis method, to analysis the condition of the economic subsystem, social subsystem and environmental subsystem of the four provinces （Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong ）. By comparative study of the sustainable development systems of the four provinces, we can point out the advantages and disadvantages of development in Shandong province, thus put forward some suggestions on promoting the sustainable development of Shandong from the targeted aspects, such as industrial structure, international trade, urban and rural basis construction, scientific and educational employment, resource utilization and ecological environment protection.
