| 摘 要： | 当今世界地缘经济和地缘政治的重要性日益凸显，东盟国家作为发展中国家最成功的区域性合作组织，是中国重要的经贸合作伙伴之一。笔者通过对中国与东盟双边贸易特点与双边投资特点的分析，发现存在贸易结构互补性与竞争性共存，双边投资尤其是中国对东盟投资较少的问题，并在此基础上对中国与东盟的经贸合作前景进行了展望，最后简要阐述了中方在双边经贸往来中采取的积极策略，该研究对于进一步促进双边经贸合作及中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展具有一定的理论和实证意义。

| Abstract: | Since the world geo -economic and geopolitics are becoming more and more important,ASEAN,as the most successful regional cooperative association,is one of China＆#39;s economic and trade cooperative partners.This paper analyzes the characteristics of bilateral economic and trade between China and ASEAN,finds the problems that the trade structure complementarity and competitiveness coexist and China ＆#39;s investment towards ASEAN is smaller,and forecasts the future economic and trade cooperation.China＆#39;s positive strategy is finally described which has an important theoretical and empirical significance for the bilateral cooperation and development of AFTA. |
