现代旅游经营管理人才培养途径探析

旅游管理教育是我国旅游业21世纪保持高速、健康发展的基础和保障。针对我国高校旅游专业课程体系存在的突出问题，本文提出未来旅游管理教育发展的基本思路：及时调整课程结构，构建科学的课程体系，增强教学实践环节，坚持走校企业结合之路，以培养跨世纪的现代旅游管理人才。

A SURVEY OF THE MEANS IN TRAINING THE MODERN TOURIST MANAGEMENT

Tourist management education is the basis and guarantee of the rapid and wholesome development of the tourist industry in the 21 st century in our country.Therefore,in order to solve the striking problems about the curricula in the tourist major of the colleges and universities in our country,we propose a basic idea or thought process for the development or improvement of the tourist management education in the future.The measurements are to readjust the structure of the curriculum in time,to obtain and construct a more scientific curriculum,to put more emphasis on the stage of the teaching practice and the application,and to stick to the unity of the universities and their own enterprises.Thus,it's likely that we will succeed in educating our own modern tourist managment and train the qualified personnel for the future century.
