锦鲤和胡子鲶鳃丝及鳃小片亚微结构特征扫描电镜比较研究

摘    要:应用扫描电镜对锦鲤和胡子鲶鳃丝及鳃小片亚微形态结构进行详细的观察比较研究,结果表明:锦鲤和胡子鲶的鳃丝及鳃小片结构具有很大的差异.锦鲤鳃丝上皮细胞表面有环形隆嵴、连续不断的线纹、短纹和点纹,而鳃小片上皮细胞表面凹凸不平,不具有沟、回等结构.胡子鲶鳃丝上皮细胞表面也生有环形隆嵴、短纹和点纹,而鳃小片上皮细胞表面没有隆嵴和刻纹.这些形态结构特征与鳃功能机理密切相关.

Abstract:The submicroscopic morphology of gill filaments and gill lamella of Brodcarded carp and Clarias fuscus were observered and studied by SEM. The results demonstrated that there were lots of difference on their gill filaments and on the gill lamella. The gill filaments showed the presence of various feature such as annular ridges short line or dotted lines. However , there were no ridges and lines , but thin pinks with different sizes and shapes in the gill lamella. The possible functions of these morphological characteristics in relation to the physiology of the gill were discussed.
