| 摘 要： | 社区矫正制度在我国还是个新生事物,司法实践中观念陈旧、立法滞后等各方面的原因严重制约了我国社区矫正工作的开展。推动社区矫正制度在我国的深入开展,亟需构建完善的社区矫正法律体系,建立司法行政机关与相关部门的工作协调机制,加强司法所及社区矫正工作人员队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | The system of community corrections is still new-born in China.In judicial practice,various blockades such as obsolete concepti on and the delay of legislation have seriously restricted the implementation of community corrections.It is in great need to build the perfect legal system of community corrections,to set up coordination system between judicial administrative organs and related departments,and to train the work team of justice and community corrections in order to push the further implementation of community corrections in China. |
