| 摘 要： | 2008年,一场由美国＂次贷＂危机引发的金融危机席卷全球。金融市场下如何完善金融监管制度成了人们在危机中寻找曙光的方向。国际金融危机对我国的冲击,使我国金融监管方面固有的和新生的矛盾及问题一一显现。这就促使我们要在金融监管法律体系、金融机构的监管、执行等方面采取相应的完善的措施。

| Abstract: | Since 2008,a financial crisis caused by the U.S.＂subprime＂crisis has been sweeping around the globe.It has become the dawn that people kept looking for in the crisis,that how to improve the financial regulatory system in the financial markets.The inherent and new-born contradictions and problems of Chinas’ financial supervision are looming gradually,due to the impact of international financial crisis on China,which urged us to adopt appropriate measures in the legal system of financial supervision,supervision and implementation of financial institutions,and so on. |
