摘    要:基于沥青混合料的三级分散系理论,定义了表征沥青胶浆、沥青砂浆、粗细集料空隙之间相关关系的两个体积参数Am(沥青混合料中细集料、沥青和矿粉组成的沥青砂浆体积与粗集料空隙体积之比)、Ap(沥青、矿粉组成的沥青胶浆体积与细集料空隙体积之比)。通过冻融劈裂、高温车辙、低温弯曲等室内试验,研究了沥青混合料各项路用性能与Am、Ap的变化规律,并根据不同气候分区的气候特点及规范(JTG F40-2004)对其相应的路用性能要求,分别推荐了相应的Am、Ap适宜取值范围;在此基础上,提出了以Am、Ap为指标进行沥青混合料配合比设计的方法。结果表明,以Am、Ap为关键指标,能有效地提高配合比设计的针对性和合理性。

Abstract:On the basis of three-level dispersed system of asphalt mixture,two parameters,Am(the ration of asphalt mortar volume to course aggregate void volume) and Ap(the ration of filler bitumen volume to fine aggregate void volume),are defined to indicate the volumetric relationships of filler bitumen,asphalt mortar with coarse and fine aggregate void.Through freezing and thawing-splitting test,rut test at high temperature,bend test at low temperature,this paper analyzes the correlative rules of Am and Ap with different pavement performances of asphalt mixtures.The proper ranges of Am and Ap are suggested according to the climatic conditions and pavement performance requirements at different areas.Taking Am and Ap as design indicators,a mix design method is put forward.It is shown that this method has a good aimed target in the mix design method for asphalt mixture,and can improve the design rationality.7 tabs,8 figs,11 refs.
