摘    要:在研究多种不同截面形状薄壁梁碰撞吸能特性的基础上,提出了一种有效的变截面梁结构。选取变截面梁的主要设计参数作为研究对象,将有限元分析与试验设计、响应面法等结合起来,对变截面梁的抗撞性能进行分析,建立了变截面梁的抗撞性多目标优化模型;采用优化算法进行求解,得到了变截面梁的最优设计参数和多目标优化后的Pareto最优解,并通过有限元分析对最优设计参数进行了验证;最后将优化后的变截面前纵梁结构应用于某越野车40%偏置碰模拟中。试验结果表明,碰撞侧A柱的加速度峰值显著降低,整车的被动安全性得到提高。
