| 摘 要： | 中国即将加入WTO，其对中国道路运输业产生的影响将是多方面的，可以说既有机遇，也有风险。分析了加入WTO的诸多有利和不利影响，并提出了如何利用有利条件，化解不利影响，以使中国道路运输业积极加入国际市场的竞争。
