超薄水泥混凝土路面结构设计方法

摘    要:超薄水泥混凝土(Ultra ThinWhitetopping,简称UTW)路面由于其板厚和平面尺寸的特殊性,尚无一套适宜的路面结构设计方法。在对UTW路面结构荷载应力和温度应力利用有限元法进行计算分析的基础上,提出了UTW路面结构设计方法。采用贝克曼梁或落锤式弯沉仪(FallingWeightDeflectometer,简称FWD),测定旧沥青路面表面回弹弯沉,计算综合回弹模量,来评价旧沥青路面承载能力,并推荐控制标准值为当量回弹模量宜大于188MPa。路面板的疲劳断裂是UTW路面的主要破坏模式,据此提出以控制行车荷载反复作用在板内所产生的荷载疲劳应力不大于混凝土弯拉强度作为路面板厚度设计的标准。确定了结构设计参数及路面板厚度计算方法。

Abstract:Because UTW (Ultra-Thin Whitetopping) pavement has the particularity in its thickness and plane size, there is not a feasible pavement structure design method for UTW now. Based on the calculation and analysis to the stresses of UTW pavement structure by using finite element method, the pavement structure design method of UTW was put forward. To evaluate the carrying capacity of the existing AC (Asphalt-Concrete) pavement, the surface elastic deflection was measured using the Beckman beam or FWD (Falling Weight Deflectometer), and the compositive elastic modulus can be calculated. The standard control value of the modules recommended is 188 MPa. The fatigue rupture of the pavement slab was confirmed as the main destroy model, and the criteria that the fatigue loading stress induced by the repeated traveling is controlled not to exceed the flexural-tensile strength of the concrete was used to design the thickness of UTW. The design parameters and the calculating method of the slab thickness were given.
