城市生态交通规划的理论框架

摘    要:针对中国城市普遍存在的交通拥挤、交通环境污染严重、交通资源利用效率低等问题,以及传统交通规划理论的不足,对交通规划理论进行研究。根据城市模式的演化趋势,在交通环境承载力的基础上,提出城市生态交通系统的概念,构建了城市生态交通规划的理论框架。研究表明,该理论框架充分考虑了交通环境承载力和交通发展的相互作用,通过确定合理的交通结构和土地利用模式,可提高城市交通环境容量,解决现有的城市交通问题,并促进生态城市的发展。

Abstract:In China, all cities face the comman problems that are traffic jam, traffic pollution on environment, and low efficiency of utilizing traffic resources. Those problems reveal the shortage of traditional transportation planning theory. After analyzing the developing modal of city in future, the theoretical frame of eco-transportation planning is presented. This theoretical frame is based on the environmental carrying capacity of traffic. In this frame, the relationship of environmental carrying capacity with transportation development is set up. It is pointed out that the en- vironmental carrying capacity can be increased through developing a rational transport structure and establishing a scientific urban land utilization modal. Thus the eco-city can be developed, and the sustainable development of transportation can be realized. 2 figs, 7 refs.
