多频合成振动压实的机理

摘    要:为了强化压实过程,讨论了多频合成振动压实的机理,设计和制造了双频合成振动压实样机,进行了“机器-土壤”系统的建模和数值仿真;利用正交试验方法对样机性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,试验土壤在虚铺35cm、压实12遍时,表层压实度达到90%以上,表明多频合成振动压实比单频振动压实具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the compaction, the mechanism of multi-frequencies composed vibrating compaction is analyzed in theory, a sample compaction machine with double frequencies is made. Based on the mathematical model of machine and soil system, its working process is simulated, its performance is verified by orthogonal test. The results show that when the soil thick ness is 35 cm, the compaction degree is more than 90% after 12 times compaction by this machine. Those prove this machine is better than the one with single frequency vibrating compaction. 1 tab, 10 figs, 7 refs.
