路段交通冲突的调查技术

交通冲突调查是应用交通冲突技术 (TCT)进行交通安全诊断、评价分析的最基础、最重要的工作之一。详细说明了路段交通冲突调查有关技术要求 ,包括冲突的观测方式、调查时间安排、观测地点的选择、调查人员与观测范围的确定 ,以及冲突调查内容及样本容量的确定。应用这些方法在郑州黄河公路大桥的安全改善工作中进行了试点研究 ,取得了良好的效果 ,进一步完善了路段交通冲突技术。

Survey way of road-traffic-conflict technique

Traffic conflict survey is one of the most important work of doing traffic security diagnosis and traffic evaluation. This paper describes road traffic conflict technique,including observation way of the conflict,arrange of survey plan,choice of observation place,confirming survey personnel and observation range,and also including survey content and confirming specimen capacity.With these ways,the experiments in traffic security improving of Zhengzhou Yellow River Highway Bridge are carried out.
