| 摘 要： | 介绍了汽车维修事务与行业统计综合管理系统概念、网络连接拓扑结构、业务流程、数据流程与功能结构,还介绍了子系统之间的耦合与数据传递的实现方式等。该系统既能支持汽车维修企业的维修事务管理,具有企业级管理信息系统功能,并可提取需要上报的数据生成数据文件,通过PSTN(公共交换电话网)传递到行业管理端的服务器存储目录内,然后由行业统计处理系统加工处理生成符合需要的行业统计报表,该系统有利于提高汽车维修企业生产效率及企业与行业管理水平。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the concept of integration management system of automobile-maintenance transaction and industry statistics processing, the business process, data flow process and function structure,especially the coupling and data exchange between two subsystems. Such integration system both supports enterprise transaction,and handles industry statistics basing on the data up-load through PSTN. The application will boost both the efficiency of enterprise and the level of management of enterprise of in dustry. |
