超大粒径沥青混合料的成型方法

摘    要:针对超大粒径沥青混合料(SLSM)的特征,利用旋转压实(SGC)法、大马歇尔击实法和振动击实法3种不同的成型方法制备试件并计算相关参数。研究结果表明:3种成型方法中,旋转压实法成型试件时所需的油石比最小;成型时间形成的空隙率特征为,振动击实法的空隙率大于大马歇尔击实法的空隙率和旋转压实法的空隙率;对于超大粒径沥青混合料,振动成型法容易造成集料离析、空隙率偏大,不能形成骨架密实结构。3种不同的成型方法击实功的对比分析表明:在控制相同空隙率的条件下,选择旋转压实法进行超大粒径沥青混合料的成型,可以减少击实次数,降低能耗。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of super large stone asphalt mixture,the superpave gyratory compaction(SGC) method,the big Marshall compaction method and the vibration compaction method were used to prepare the specimens and calculate the relevant parameters.The results indicate that the asphalt-aggregate ratio is the smallest with SGC method,the voidage with vibration compaction method is greater than the one with big Marshall compaction method,and the voidage with the big Marshall compaction method is greater than the one with SGC method.The vibration compaction method is prone to cause aggregate segregation and larger voidage content,and cannot form a skeleton dense structure by analyzing the molding effect for the super large stone asphalt mixture.In addition,under the same voidage,it is can be seen that the SGC method is the preferred method by comparing the compaction works with the other two compaction methods,it can decrease the compaction times and reduce energy consumption.7 tabs,3 figs,6 refs.
