加锚头丝沥青混凝土路面结构的抗裂性能试验

摘    要:针对沥青混凝土路面开裂问题,在沥青面层和基层沿道路纵向布设锚头丝,对路面结构施加预应力防止路面开裂。通过室内试验,对加锚头丝和不加锚头丝的沥青混凝土试件分组做了力学性能对比研究,并对不同锚头形式的应用效果进行了分析。结果表明:加锚头丝的沥青混凝土试件比不加锚头丝的沥青混凝土试件的抗拉强度、抗弯拉强度和疲劳性能分别平均提高了60.74%、46.40%、134.02%;锚头形式为直径1.3 mm的钢丝焊接角铁试件的抗拉强度值最大,而锚头形式为直径为1.1 mm的铁丝加小螺丝帽试件的抗弯拉强度值和疲劳次数最大。

Abstract:Aimed at asphalt concrete pavement cracks,the anchor steels were placed on the base course and the surface course of asphalt pavement structure lengthwise to give the prestress to the structure to prevent the cracks.A research is made contrastively on the test pieces with anchor steel and without anchor steel through indoor experiment to analyze the applicational effects on different types of anchor steel.The result shows that the tensile strength,the bending tensile strength and the fatigue performance of ...
