钢筋混凝土连续弯箱梁桥的温度梯度

摘    要:介绍了国内外6种温度梯度模式,结合某实际工程,对钢筋混凝土连续弯箱梁桥的温度梯度和温度荷栽下的主梁控制断面的位移值进行了连续观测。通过对实测数据的分析,提出了公路大悬臂曲线箱梁桥的温度梯度模式;按照7种温度梯度模式,利用有限元软件ANSYS计算了某匝道桥控制断面的位移值。计算结果表明:按中国公路桥梁规范(1985)提出的T梁温度分布模式来计算箱梁位移偏不安全;中国新的桥梁规范和美国规范类似,计算结果和实测值相比偏大;给出的温度梯度模式计算结果与实测的变形值比较接近;由于公路大悬臂曲线箱梁桥的构造具有特殊性,因此不宜套用铁路桥梁规范或其他温度梯度模式。

Abstract:Six types of temperature gradients are introduced.Based on a case engineering,the temperature gradient of RC continuous curved box girder bridge was continuously observed,the control sections displacement for main beam was surveyed.According to the analysis of measured datum,the temperature gradient on long cantilever curved box girder bridge was proposed.With seven temperature gradient models,the control sections displacement of certain ramp bridge were calculated by finite element program ANSYS.The calculated result indicates that the T-beam's temperature gradient model that was put forward in 1985 specification for calculating displacement of long cantilever curved box girder bridge inclines to unsafety.The model in JTG D60-2004 specification is similar with AASHTO specification,and the calculated result is bigger than the measured value,but the result calculated by the model proposed in the paper is approximate to the measured value.Because the constitution of long cantilever curved box girder bridge has special character,railway bridge gauge and other temperature gradients were not suitable to apply mechanically to those types of bridge.2 tabs,11 figs,8 refs.
