摘    要:研究改性沥青混合料应力吸收层在复合式路面结构中的受力状态,对于其材料组成设计具有指导意义。采用有限元数值分析方法,建立基于应力吸收层的复合式路面三维有限元模型,分析轴载、模量变化对应力吸收层荷载应力的影响。结果表明:应力吸收层本身处于极为不利的受力状态,刚性基层接缝处应力吸收层层底存在应力集中,应力增长了60%,其模量越低,应力集中越明显,层内荷载应力呈3阶多项式函数变化;应力吸收层层内荷载应力随轴载增加呈线性增长,轴载变化对层底荷载应力影响最显著。

Abstract:There is a guiding significance to study the stress states of stress absorbing layer of modified asphalt mix in composite pavement,especially for the material composition design.This paper established 3D finite element model based on the stress absorbing layer in composite pavement by finite element numerical analysis method,and analyzed the influence of axle load and the modulus of stress absorbing layer on the loading stress of stress absorbing layer.The results indicate that stress absorbing layer are in extremely detrimental stress state and there is stress concentration on its bottom beside junctures of rigid base,the percentage of stress growth in its bottom is more than 60%,and the lower the modulus of the stress absorbing layer,the more obvious the stress concentration is.In addition,the load stress changes as third-order polynomial function with its thickness.Especially,the loading stress in stress absorbing layers grows linearly as axle load rising,and axle load has the most remarkable impact on the stress of its bottom.
