永磁同步电机直接转矩控制电压矢量选择区域

摘    要:为了解决直接转矩控制系统开关表引起的转矩脉动问题,分析了电压矢量对永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的定子磁链幅值、转矩角、励磁转矩、磁阻转矩和电机转矩的作用,用简单的数学表达式给出了这些变量的控制规律,得出了永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统的电压矢量选择区域。研究结果表明:电压矢量与定子磁链的夹角决定了电压矢量对定子磁链幅值和转矩角的增减作用;电压矢量与定子磁链的夹角和转矩角决定了电压矢量对励磁转矩和磁阻转矩的增减作用;电压矢量与定子磁链的夹角、转矩角和永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统参数决定了电压矢量对转矩的增减作用。

Abstract:In order to suppress torque ripple of direct torque control(DTC) under the control of switching table,the effects of voltage vector on amplitude of stator flux,toque angle,excitation torque,reluctance torque and torque in permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) DTC system are analyzed.Some simple mathematics equations are given to express the control principles of these variables.The voltage vector selection area of PMSM DTC system is proposed based on these control principles.The results show that the angle between applied voltage vector and stator flux(α) determines the increasing or decreasing effect of voltage vector on the amplitude of stator flux and torque angle.The torque angle determines the increasing or decreasing effect of voltage vector on excitation torque and reluctance torque.The torque angle and parameters of PMSM DTC system determine the increasing or decreasing effect of voltage vector on torque.
