摘    要:采用正交试验设计方法,对特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)的改性沥青AC-13混合料的配合比进行了马歇尔试验研究,采用极差分析方法分析了每个因素水平对混合料的物理-力学性能的影响,提出了优化的TLA改性沥青AC-13混合料级配范围。研究结果表明:影响TLA改性沥青AC-13混合料的毛体积密度、空隙率和沥青饱和度的主要因素是油石质量比;而影响TLA改性沥青AC-13混合料的矿料间隙率、稳定度、流值的主要因素是2.36 mm通过率;采用优化级配的TLA改性沥青AC-13混合料具有优良的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗渗性和抗滑性,可应用于中国高速公路沥青路面工程中。

Abstract:Marshall tes AC-13 mixture, and t factors that influence studied; the optimum ts were carried out to study the aggregate gradations of modified asphalt he test data were treated by orthogonal method. Through the tests, the the physical-chemical features of modified asphalt AC-13 mixture were aggregate gradation was put forward. The results show that the main factor that affects the bulk density, air voids volume, saturation degree of modified asphalt AC- 13 is the rate of oil to stone; the principal factor that influences the voids volume, flow value and stability of the modified asphalt AC-13 mixture is the 2.36 mm passing percent of the mixture; the optimum aggregate gradation can improve the stability at high temperature, the resistance of moisture damage, the anti-permeability and anti-slide property of the mixture. So the modified asphalt AC-13 with optimum gradation can be applied to the pavement engineering of freeway in China. 10 tabs, 13 refs.
