水泥混凝土输送泵车整机模态

摘    要:针对国产水泥混凝土输送泵车臂架部分在工程应用中时常出现裂纹,甚至断裂的现象,采用数值分析与试验研究相结合的方法,分析臂架部分振动较大的原因。以某厂生产的37m水泥混凝土输送泵车为研究对象,利用有限单元法进行计算机仿真,得到该泵车在2个典型工况下的固有频率和相应的振型,并利用试验方法验证了仿真模型。结果表明,该泵车的固有频率与工作频率比较接近,导致工作中臂架产生共振现象。最后提出了改进结构措施。

Abstract:The concrete-auto-pump vehicle's arm often has cracks, its reason is vibration.The vibration was studied with algorithm analysis and experiment test.Taking a vehicle with 37 m arm as an example, the vibration of its arm was simulated by finite-element-method.Its nature frequency and form were tested.The results show that its nature frequency is closed to operating frequency, the resonance is the main reason of arm's crack.The improved measures were presented.
