摘    要:为消除混凝土搅拌机存在的搅拌低效区缺陷,根据搅拌机的结构特点和工作原理,分析了低效区产生的原因和危害;通过对振动搅拌法、工作装置参数优化法和双排搅拌叶片结构法的理论分析和试验研究,分析了不同的低效区消除方法对混凝土搅拌质量和效率的影响.结果表明:搅拌低效区是圆筒形强制式搅拌机结构的固有缺陷;搅拌装置工作时存在的速度梯度是低效区产生的根本原因;消除低效区可显著提高搅拌设备的作业质量和效率.

Abstract:For eliminating the inefficient zone of concrete mixer,this paper analyzed the reasons and harmfulness of mixing inefficient zone,which were based on the construction features and working principle of the mixer.Through theory analysis and experimental research on the eliminating methods of vibrating mixing,the optimization of mixing mechanism and double-row blades,the influence of these methods on mixing quality and efficiency were analyzed.The results indicate that mixing inefficient zone is the intrinsic defect of the forced mixer with cylindrical trough,which is determined by the mixer's structure;the velocity gradient of the mixing mechanism is the essential reason of the inefficient zone.Eliminating the inefficient zone can improve mixing quality and efficiency.1 tab,6 figs,8 refs.
