露石水泥混凝土路面性能

摘    要:通过室内试验,研究了新型水泥混凝土———露石水泥混凝土路面的铺筑强度、抗滑性、反光性、耐磨性,并与普通水泥混凝土路面进行了对比分析。研究发现,采用湿对湿铺筑工艺的露石水泥混凝土强度介于顶层与底层混凝土强度之间;露石水泥混凝土表面的摩擦系数远大于普通水泥混凝土表面,较粗糙的石料表面特性会使露石水泥混凝土表面获得较高的抗滑性,而且,优良集料形成的露石混凝土将使路面保持较长期的高抗滑性;露石混凝土具有较小的反光系数。研究结果表明,露石混凝土路面具有许多优于普通水泥混凝土路面的优良特性。

Abstract:This paper carried out a large number of laboratory tests to study the strength on wet-on-wet paving, skid-resistance, light-reflection, and abrasion-resistance of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement, and its performance was compared with normal cement concrete pavement. It is pointed that its strength on wet-on-wet paving is within both strengths of top layer and bottom layer, its friction coefficient is much higher than that of normal cement concrete pavement. Its rougher surface characteristic makes it get higher friction coefficient, and makes the pavement keep the high skid-resistance for longer period. It has smaller light reflection coefficient. The results indicate that it has many excellent advantages over normal cement concrete pavement.
