难净化煤泥水沉降试验研究

摘    要:针对煤泥水难以自然沉降的问题,从煤泥水性质出发,探讨了煤泥水中颗粒凝聚和絮凝机理, 研究出凝聚剂和絮凝剂的最佳药剂量配比及合理的加药顺序, 以加速煤泥水在浓缩机中的沉降,降低溢流浓度,实现洗水闭路循环.

Abstract:The paper is armed at the problem that coal dressing wastewater is difficult in natural subsidence. Starting from specialty of coal dressing wastewater, the mechanism of flocculation and coagulation of particles in coal dressing wastewater, the best reagent ratios of coagulant and flocculate, and the suitable subsequent of reagent are studied, which could accelerate the settlement of coal dressing wastewater, reduce the thickness of overflow, and realize closed cycle of washing water.
