薄壁件高速铣削温度场研究

摘    要:应用移动热源理论建立了高速铣削薄壁件温度场的数学模型,研究了求解薄壁件温度场的解析解和数值解,给出了薄壁件高速铣削温度场的计算结果.得出了在高速铣削时存在二次效应现象;进给速度越快,温度上升的梯度和下降的梯度也越大.为薄壁件高速铣削温度场的研究和控制薄壁件高速铣削热变形奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:The mathematical models are set up which are applied to the solution of the temperature field problem of thin workpieees in high speed milling with the theory of the moving heat source. The numerical methods are presented of the partial differential equation describing the heat conduction in the plate. A conclusion is that there is a quadratic effect of High Speed Milling. The upward temperature gradient and the falling gradient accelerate with the feed rate increasing. It is important to establish theoretical basis of the High Speed Milling temperature distribution and thermal distortion manipulation,
