摘    要:本文论述了提升机机械参数(速度、加速度、液压)图的测试原理,多水平提升行程和瞬时速度的跟踪显示,速度监控原理。提出了防止罐和过卷的保护方法以及按《煤矿安全规程》要求,测试制动器制动空行程时间、空行程距离和制动减速度的定时测试方法。

Abstract:Aiscussion is conducted about the principle of measuring winders' mechanical parameters, i.e., velocity, acceleration and hydraulic pressure, in the parameter diagram, and about the principle of monitoring by tracking and displaying the cummulative winding height and instantaneous velocity during a multi-level winding. Moreover, a method is offered for preventing overwind and techniques are proposed for in-time measuring the free-transmission time and distance as well as the braking deceleration according to The Specif ications of Safety in Coal Mines
