掏土浸水技术在某办公楼纠倾中的应用

在建筑物中，由于地基土具有湿陷性、且地基土长期浸水导致基础不均匀沉降的产生，常引起建筑物的倾斜，当倾斜不满足有关规范要求时必须纠倾，以满足建筑物的安全性、适用性的要求。通过对采用掏土与浸水相结合技术在某办公楼纠倾中的研究，该方法具有控制沉降速度、调节不均匀沉降、安全可靠的效果。经过工程实践，该砖混办公楼经采用掏土与浸水相结合的技术纠倾，使倾斜率满足规范要求，并且该楼没有发现因纠倾而产生的裂缝，且该楼原有裂缝没有因为此次纠倾而变大。掏土与浸水相结合的技术纠倾是一种安全可靠、经济方便的有效方法。

The technology of drawing out earth and soaking in water used in the rectification of a slant office building

For some buildings, the foundation soil is wet and sinking, and even soaked in water for long, which causes the foundation asymmetrically sinking and often makes the buildings slant. When the slant can't accord with concerned normal requests, the buildings need to be rectified in order to meet the request of safety and applicability of the building. This article argues the combined technology of drawing out earth and soaking in water, which is used in an office building. Compared with the method of drawing out earth and the method of soaking in water, the combined technology of the two can control the sinking speed and regulate the asymmetry sinking safely and dependably. By combining the technology of drawing out earth and soaking in water, used in the project of the rectification of the slant office building in brick-concrete structure, the slant rate reaches normal requests. Besides, the new cracks caused by the rectification are not found and the former cracks of this building are not bigger than before after the rectification. So the combined technology to rectify the slant is a kind of safe, dependable, economic, convenient and effective method.
