血cTnI、CK-MB、尿NAG在窒息中的变化

摘    要:研究新生儿窒息中血清中cTnI、CK-MB和血清、尿液NAG水平变化与临床意义.患者组用新生儿窒息的病儿54例(轻度窒息34例,重度窒息20例),分别于第1天和第7天取静脉血用于检测血清cTnI、CK-MB和血清、尿液NAG水平;对照组12例无窒息的新生儿.新生儿窒息组血清cTnI、CK-MB和血清、尿液NAG水平在明显高于对照组时,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在两窒息组中,重度组比轻度组增高明显(P<0.05);新生儿窒息的两组在第7天时,血清cTnI、CK-MB和血清、尿液NAG含量均比相应的第1天明显减低(P<0.01).新生儿窒息易引起心脏和肾脏的损伤,血清cTnI和尿液NAG可作为新生儿窒息所致急性心、肾损伤的辅助诊断指标.

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical change of cTnI,CK-MB,NAG in serum and NAG in urine of newborns with asphyxia.Methods: Levels of cTnI,CK-MB,NAG in serum and NAG in urine were measured in 54 cases of newborns with asphyxia(34 mild cases and 20 severe cases) on the 1st day and the 7th day after birth and in 12 newborns of control groups.Results: Levels of cTnI,CK-MB,NAG in serum and NAG in urine of newborns with asphyxia were obviously higher than those in control groups(P<0.05),but obviously decreased on the 7th day than those on the 1st day(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences of cTnI,CKMB,NAG in serum and NAG in urine between mild and severe asphyxia in newborn groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kidney and heart dysfunction were caused by asphyxia of newborns.The levels of cTnI in serum and NAG in urine might act as auxiliary indexes in the diagnosis of the acute myocardial and kidney damages suffering from asphyxia of newborns.
