微电解--催化氧化组合工艺处理染料废水的探讨

摘    要:用微电解--催化氧化组合工艺对染料废水处理试验结果表明氧化剂二氧化氯在催化剂作用下将染料废水中有机物氧化分解,可使废水中CODcr去除率达70%,色度去除率达95%,染料废水经此法处理后继续生化处理,其出水可达排放指标.

Abstract:The integration processes of micro electrolysis and catalysis oxidation was studied in the treatment of dyestuff wastewater. The result shows that the organic matter in the wastewater is digested under the catalysis. The achieved removal rate for CODcr is 70% and for color is 95%. With the treatment in the process and the later treatment, the effluent of CODcr can meet the discharge standard.
