永恒磁场对水煤浆性能影响的初步研究

摘    要:利用正交试验,在磁化杯中,对淮南洗精煤和北宿煤的成浆性能进行了初步研究。结果表明在磁化杯内磁化水、煤、和水煤浆,对水煤浆的性能都有不同程度的改变。淮南煤、北宿煤经过磁化杯磁化后,水煤浆均比空白试样粘度低、流动性好。但两种煤磁化后煤浆的析水率有所不同。

Abstract:The features of coal water slurry was studied based on the cross test for Huainan washing coal and Beisu coal in the existence of magnetic field. The results indicate that the effects of coal, water and coal water slurry which were magnetized in the magnetical mug on the properties of coal water slurry varied at some degree. Compared with the blank coal water slurry sample, the surface viscosity and fluidity of coal water slurry of magnetized Huainan coal and Beishu coal is improved.
