化学法制备铁磁流体的研究

摘    要:叙述了以Fe、Fe_3O_4为基体材料、油酸等为活性剂,烃类化合物为载流体合成铁磁流体的实验结果.研究表明:在最佳条件下合成的铁磁流体,饱和磁化强度远高于单纯以Fe_3O_4为基体材料的传统磁流体,从而为研制高性能的新型磁流体提供了一种途径。

Abstract:The experiment results of ferrofluid preparation are given in this paper. In the process, Fe and Fe3O4 are used as the raw material,cleic acid as the active agent and hydrocarbon as the carrying fluid. The results show that under these conditions the saturation magnetization of the prepared ferrofluid is much stronger than that of the ferrofluid simply taking Fe3O4 as the raw material. This research points to a way for the preparation of a new type of ferrofluid with excellent performance.
