三极并联齿轮马达理论研究

摘    要:研究一种由一个中心齿轮和三个空转齿轮构成的并联齿轮马达,阐述了结构原理,对功率密度、齿轮径向力及输出转速和转矩的脉动进行了分析;结果表明:该马达轴向尺寸小,功率密度高;中心(扭矩输出齿轮)所受径向力平衡,空转齿轮所受径向力显著减少,适当选取齿数,可使马达的输出转速和转矩的均匀性显著提高,并具有低速稳定性好,启动力矩大等特点。

Abstract:In the paper construction of three-pole parallel-gear motor,which consists of one central gear and three racing gears was introduced.Its construction principle was expatiated.Pulsation of gear's power density,radial force and the output rotational speed and torque were analyzed.The axial size of the motor is small,and the power density is high.The central gear(torque outputting gear) bears balanced force in radial direction while unbalanced radial force acting on the racing gears significantly reduced.With proper number of gear tooth motor's output rotational speed and torque significantly increased,and has good low speed stability and high starting torque and so on.
