腹部手术后继发急性阑尾炎9例分析

通过9例该阑尾炎诊治认为：患者腹部手术后，若出现腹痛、呕吐、发热、右下腹的压痛等，应考虑到阑尾炎的可能，并对患者的病情作动态观察，必要时结合B超等辅助检查，以求对患者是否继发阑尾炎及时做出明确诊断。

Secondary acute appendictis induced by an abdominal operation

Through the diagnosis and treatment of 9 cases of the above-mentioned appendicitis,forame the following opinions: If a patient after an abdominal operation has such symptoms as abdominalgia,vomitas, fever,right lower abdomen tenderness,etc,the possibility of appendicitis should be taken into account and a dynamic observation of patient's state of the illness should be made, even,when necessary,by means of accessory examinations such as ultrasonic diagnosis etc, in order to make a timely difinite diagnosis of patients's secondary appendicitis.
