| 摘 要： | 通过测定石油生物降解过程中的产物,分析探寻假单胞菌属的Pseudomonas sp.StrainSY2对石油的降解机理,为解决海洋石油污染问题提供理论依据。利用色质谱分析手段测定假单胞菌属的Pseudomonas sp.Strain SY2对石油和正十四烷降解产物,对菌株SY2的降解机理进行分析研究。研究结果表明:菌株SY2对石油中的正烷烃有较好的降解效果,其中正十四烷、正十五烷和正十六烷的降解率较高,分别为:73.4%、49.3%、48.9%;根据正十四烷降解产物推测:菌株SY2对正十四烷的降解有单末端氧化、双末端氧化、次末端氧化和直接脱氢等多种途径,产生酯类、烯烃类、烷烃类及羧酸类等物质,与文献报道的烷烃降解途径相符合。
