| Abstract: | Studies are made, through analysis of fossil plants found in Carboniferous-Permian coal-bearing strata of Huainan-Huaibei Coalfield, of the evolutional characteristics of flora on the profile of this area and consequently five fossil-plant assemblage zones are defined.
