井筒冻土爆破振动测试波形回归与频谱分析

摘    要:为保证冻结井筒爆破施工安全、提高施工速度,采用Topbox振动信号自记仪进行冻结段爆破振动测试,测点布置在冻结沟槽内偏斜较大的冻结管的位置.爆破振动测试表明,立井冻结段爆破产生的振动信号成分非常复杂.通过对爆破振动信号的回归分析和傅立叶幅值谱分析,得出振动主频较一般的地面爆破高,而且有多个主频,第一主频在150 Hz左右;立井爆破振动的径向振动速度较垂向振动速度大;回归出径向振动速度、垂向振动速度与等效装药量、等效水平距离和高差之间的关系.立井冻结段爆破施工建议采用半秒延期或秒延期雷管,以防止振动波的叠加.

Abstract:In order to guarantee the construction security and improve the sinking speed of the freezing shaft, blasting vibration test is necessary. Topbox vibration monitor was used and the measure points were fixed on the location biggish deflective freezing pipes in the on-site testing. The signals produced in the blasting of the frozen vertical shaft were extremely complex. Its vibration chief frequency was usually larger than that of ground blasting and there were several chief frequencies. Through a series of analysis, the authors found the following facts. The first chief frequency was about 150Hz. Radial vibration velocity was larger than that of vertical. Vertical shaft blasting vibration was much affected by shock wave. The relationship was also found between the radial and the vertical vibration velocity and the equivalent charge and equivalent horizontal distance. It was suggested that half-second or second postponed exploders are suitable to vertical frozen shaft blasting to prevent the quake wave from folding together.
