| 摘 要： | 对碳纤维表面进行修饰,通过低温液相沉淀法制备碳纤维/二氧化锡复合材料。针对这种核壳结构提出成核以及生长模型。研究退火温度以及反应物SnCl2浓度对复合物的结构、形貌以及光学性质的影响。结果显示:随着反应物SnCl2浓度的提高,包覆得到改善。当SnCl2浓度为0.05 mol/L时得到的包覆最好,相应的二氧化锡壳层厚度约为250 nm。样品的荧光光谱表明:具有位于450~700 nm之间,峰值为583 nm的黄光。结合对退火样品的荧光光谱的研究得出宽的黄光发射峰可能归于氧空位。

| Abstract: | A core-shell structure material of carbon fiber/SnO2 was prepared by a precipitation process in aqueous solution.A nucleation and crystal growth model for this structure was proposed.The effects of annealing temperature and concentration of SnCl2 on the structure,morphology and optical properties of composites were investigated.Results showed that coating is improved at higher SnCl2 concentration,and the best coating is obtained with 250 nm thick SnO2 shell on the surface of carbon fiber from 0.05 mol/L SnC... |
