管壳式换热器壳侧简化两相流路分析法模型

摘    要:针对工业中广泛应用的管壳式换热器,通过实验研究,提出了壳侧单元流动模型。以均相流动模型为基础,建立了计算步骤比较少简化两相流路分析法,以计算壳侧两相压降。该方法与实验结果吻合较好,并通过与他人实验结果对比发现,该计算方法的精度比较高。

Abstract:By experimental research a unit flow model in shell-side of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, which iscommonly used in industry, was proposed. In order to calculate the two-phase pressure drop of the shell - side asimplified model of two-phase stream analysis method with little calculation procedure was set up on base of thehomogeneous flow model. The results agreed with the experimental ones well, and by comparing with other one'sexperimental results, it was found that the method had high precision.
