摘    要:在对不同系列水泥熟料化学和矿物组成分析的基础上,进行了水泥主要原料和煤灰渣化学成分的比较,分析了高硫煤联产水泥熟料的可行性及联产水泥熟料的品种,提出了高硫煤联产硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的配料方案,并在两段多相试验台进行了长广煤联产水泥熟料试验研究,结果表明联产样品熟料为高硅硫铝酸盐水泥熟料。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of chemical and mineral composition of various series cement clinkers,a comparison of chemical composition between ash and cement raw material is conducted.Then the evaluation of feasibility of cement clinker co-generation of high-sulphur coal and cement clinker species is carried out,and coordination of sulphoaluminate cement clinker co-generation is put forward.Finally,experiments are done on a two-stage polyphase reaction setup with Changguang coal,and results show the sample clinker can be high-silic sulphoaluminate cement clinker.
