| 摘 要： | 在水泥、陶瓷、化工、粮油、饲料等生产领域中 ,各种原料之间的配比精度对生产过程的稳定和产品的产量、质量有重要的影响 ,高精度的配料依靠有效的控制系统。目前的配料系统大多采用动态计量 ,计量精度低 ,配料误差大。本文介绍一套SP16通用微机控制配料系统 ,该系统采用悬挂式配料计量秤 ,静态称重、差额下料的计量物料重量方法 ,可实现两条生产线、16种原料自动配比。

| Abstract: | The precision of dispensing materials importantly effected the quality and the production and the stability of process in producing the concrete,ceramic, glass,chemical and so on.The microcomputer-controlled system is a key factor for raising the precision of the dispensing materials.The SP16 microcomputer controlled dispensing materials system is a general dispensing materials line used in the process of producing the concrete,and so on.This article introduces the weighting principle,the control algorithm,structure of the hardware and the design of software of the microcomputer controlled system. |
