摘    要:针对汽车上的两个重要组成部分转向系统和悬架系统之间在实际运动中所存在的干涉问题,文中以某款商务车为研究对象,分析了悬架系统与转向系统理想匹配的要求,建立了目标函数、设计变量和约束条件.基于遗传算法,运用MATLAB软件编写了仿真程序,通过比较优化前后仿真结果,可得出优化后的结果明显好于优化前,和传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了精度和效率.

Abstract:This paper discussed a new calculation method for assessment of motion interference between suspension and steering system,and wishbone independent suspension was focused on.Wishbone independent suspension and steering system match was discussed and selected as optimal design criterions.software was designed based on MATLAB software and simulation was performed.Simulation results show that the optimizing improves performance of vehicle.Compared with traditional design method,this kind of method has improved the design precision and efficiency.
