模糊PID控制在水位控制中的应用与仿真

摘    要:水位控制系统具有非线性、非最小相位、时滞和强耦合,难以建立精确的数学模型。本文在分析常规PID控制器局限性的基础上,运用模糊逻辑,借鉴三冲量控制方法,将模糊规则整定PID参数的控制方法引入锅炉水位控制中,设计出一种模糊PID控制器,对PID三个参数在线整定。仿真研究和在实验室的实际应用表明,模糊PID控制器特性比常规PID控制器更优良,能有效地改善控制效果。

Abstract:The control system of water level has the character of non-line,not minimum mutually,and time delay.It is difficult to establish an exactly mathematical model.Based on the common controller of the PID,using the fuzzy logic,and using for reference of three parameter-controllers,this paper introduces tuning PID parameter controlled by fuzzy logic into the controlling system of water level.A new kind of fuzzy PID controller is designed and the three parameters of tuning PID on-line are settled.The research of simulation and the application in the lab manifests that the characteristic of fuzzy PID controller is better than the normal one,it can improve efficiently control effect.
