摘    要:虚拟制造是实际制造在计算机上的本质实现,是计算机仿真技术和虚拟现实技术在制造领域的综合发展及应用,是企业以信息集成为基础的一种新的制造理念.本文介绍了虚拟制造技术在田园管理机上的应用,介绍了虚拟制造技术的发展状况及一些相关的应用软件,如Pro/E,Adams等.研究了田园耕作机械旋耕部分的模型建立,应用该模型对旋耕刀进行优化,改善了受力状况,延长了使用寿命.同时运用动力学分析软件Adams对旋耕刀的运动轨迹进行仿真,对提高其工作稳定性及更深入的研究提供了依据.

Abstract:Virtual Manufacturing(VM) is a synthesized development and application of computer-simulation technology and virtual-reality technology.With VM,the actual manufacture can be realized essentially on computer.It is a new manufacture philosophy of enterprises based on information integrations.This paper introduces virtual manufacturing application in the fields cultivate machines.The model-building of rotary-cultivate part of the fields cultivate machines is mainly discussed.With the model the rotary knife is optimized,and the force on the bend part of rotary knife is decreased,which makes the rotary knife more durable.Meanwhile,with dynamic analysis software Adams,the moment curve of the rotary knife is simulated,which supplies basis for improving the stability of the machine and for farther research.
