| 摘 要： | 以熔盐法合成的各向异性的棒状铌酸锶钡陶瓷粉体为模板粉体,采用流延成型工艺,制备出织构化的铌酸锶钡陶瓷,研究了模板添加量及烧结温度与织构化陶瓷微观组织结构间的关系。实验结果表明:使用流延成型工艺可以制备晶粒定向排列的铌酸锶钡陶瓷,随着模板添加量的增加,陶瓷的织构化程度变大。在本实验的条件下,在1375℃烧结3h,模板加入量为30%时,铌酸锶钡陶瓷的织构化程度达到57%。

| Abstract: | Textured SrxBa1-x Nb2O6(SBN)ceramics were fabricated by the templated grain growth(TGG)method.The plated-like SBN particles with shape anisotropy prepared by molten salt method were used as the template particles.The relations of sintering temperature,the template particles content and the microstructure were investigated.The results showed that the textured SBN ceramics are successfully prepared by tape casting processing.The texture fraction increases with the increasing content of the template particles.... |
