| 摘 要： | 通过模拟试验与实际装车运行试验，本文研究了硼量对蠕墨铸铁性能的影响以及合硼蠕墨铸铁闸瓦的耐磨性能．结果表明：在实验室模拟试验条件下，随着含硼量的增加，蠕墨铸铁与钢摩擦副的摩擦系数增加，耐磨性能提高；含硼蠕墨铸铁闸瓦的铸造工艺性能优于含磷蠕墨铸铁闸瓦，实际装车运行结果表明，含硼蠕墨铸铁闸瓦的耐磨性能良好。

| Abstract: | By using simulation and practical working tests,the influence of boron additions on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of compacted graphite cast iron brake shoes are investigsted in this paper.The experimental results show that, the friction coefficient and wear resilience of compacted graphite cast iron increase with the increase in boron addition; the castability of compacted graphite cast iron brake shoes containing boron is better than that containing phosphorous; and the wear resistance of compected graphite cast iron brake shoes containing boron under practical working condition satisfies the specification of Standard of Chinese Railway. |
