基于MATLAB的前悬架车辆振动特性

摘    要:以国产某型号无悬架车辆参数为例,在建立二自由度双轴车辆振动模型和分析其固有频率的基础上,建立了三自由度双轴前悬架车辆的动力学模型,以积分白噪声随机路面作为激励,运用MATLAB/SIMULINK对两种动力学模型进行了仿真分析,在仿真过程中,通过改变前悬架系统的参数,得出了悬架的不同刚度和阻尼对车辆振动特性的影响规律.仿真结果表明:安装前悬架使车身垂直振动加速度、俯仰振动角加速度的均方根值都有明显降低,有效的改善了无悬架车辆的行驶平顺性和驾驶的舒适性;但同时也发现,安装前悬架使车身俯仰振动角位移的均方根值略有增大.

Abstract:Taking a type of tractor made in China as an example,the 3D twin-shaft vehicle dynamic model of front suspension vehicle was build up,based on the analysis of 2D twin-shaft vehicle dynamic model and its natural frequencies.The two vehicle dynamic models were researched by MATLAB/SIMULINK,with the white-voice for random excitation.The relationship between vibration characteristics of the vehicle and parameters of front suspension was put forward,through adjusting the stiffness and damping during simulating.The simulation results showed that the mean square roots of body plumb acceleration and pitch vibration angle acceleration could be reduced,which improved the running smoothness of the vehicle and the driver's ride comfort.But,it was also discovered that the mean square roots of pitch vibration angle displacement was increased.
