摘    要:将淬火、回火加热感应器串联,通过对感应器的优化设计,使其达到最佳功率分配和中频电源的最佳频率及最佳阻抗匹配,连续一步完成D级重载抽油杆的淬火加热、冷却和回火,实现一步法快速调质。试验和生产证明:该项研究不但有效地提高了生产效率和节约能源,而且明显地提高了产品质量和使用寿命。

Abstract:The heating inductors used in quenching and tempering are arranged in a series form. The optimized design of the inductors has made it possible that the optimized distribution of heating power in quenching and tempering is well matched with those of medium induction power frequency and impedance. Therefore,the rapid quenching and high temperature tempering for grade-D sucker rods is realized in a one step way. The experiment and production have shown that the new technique can not only remarkably enhance production efficiency and economize electrical power,but also considerably improve the quality of the treated.sucker rods.
