| 摘 要： | 以《中国药典》法测定野葛(Pueraria lobata(Willd)Ohwi)与粉葛(Pueraria thomsonii Behth)药材的水分、总灰分、浸出物、有害重金属含量,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定葛根素和大豆苷元含量,研究了伏牛山区野葛与粉葛药材质量。结果表明,伏牛山区野葛与粉葛药材的水分、灰分含量均达到《中国药典》标准;野葛与粉葛药材的水浸出物、醇浸出物分别为42.11%,31.82%和33.24%,27.52%;有害重金属含量符合《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》的规定;总黄酮含量分别为16.5%和5.4%;葛根素和大豆苷元分别为4.0%,1.6%和0.035%,0.038%。

| Abstract: | To study the quality of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi and Pueraria thomsonii Behth.from Funiu mountain in China,the contents of water,total ash,extrats,heavy metals were determined by methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The total flavone was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The contents of Puerarin and Daidze by ultrasonic extracted were determined and analysed using HPLC method.The results showed the contents of water and total ash are up to standards prescribed by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The contents of water... |
