摘    要:研究了不同冷却方式对HMn59-2-1-0.5合金的组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明HMn59-2-1-0.5合金具有较高的热稳定性,经720℃加热保温200℃炉内恒温冷却1.5~2.5h处理后能达到α相≤5%及HB168±8的组织和硬度要求,耐磨性好于进口材料,完全可以满足轿车同步器用齿环性能要求。

Abstract:The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of HMn59-2-1-0.5alloy with various cooling methed are studied. The result shows that the HMn59-2-1-0.5 alloy has high thermo-stability. After it is heated to 720℃ and held, then isothermally cooled in the oven of 200℃ for 1.5 to 2.5 hours, the percentage of α is less than 5% and the hardness is in the range of HB=168±8,thus fulfiling the requirement on microstructure and hardness. The wear resistance is better than that of imported material. So the alloy can fully satisfy the demand on properties of synchromeshing gear for car.
