摘    要:橡胶履带在高速行驶中的脱轮容易导致行走系统部件的损坏和人身财产损失。本文在分析履带车辆行走系统工作原理的基础上,考虑了履带车辆的主要结构,建立了针对其高速行驶中脱轮问题的行走系统动力学模型,分析了第一支重轮垂向位移与行走系统结构参数以及地面激励的联系,并针对某型履带车辆的行走系统进行了计算机仿真和分析。结果表明所建立的动力学模型是可行的,本文方法可为履带车辆行走系统设计和动力学分析提供了参考。

Abstract:Off-wheel problem of rubber belt in the high speed process easily leads to damage of components in the running system and loss of personal property.Based on the analysis of running system of the tracked vehicle,dynamic model which considers the main structure of the tracked vehicle is built and simulated.The relationships between vertical displacement of first road wheel,structural parameter of running system and ground motivation are analyzed.The running system of tracked vehicle is simulated and analyzed.Simulation outcomes are proved to be acceptable.The way in the thesis can be used for tracked vehicle design and dynamic analysis.
